Possible rent-to-own. First & last + $2,100 refundable security deposit and proof of tenant insurance due at signing. 1 year lease. No smoking or vaping in or around the house, pets possible, subject to owner meeting and approving pet. For each tenant 18 years or older, references required (including from prior landlords), solid credit score (minimum 700) and steady verifiable employment history showing minimum sustainable income of 3.5 times rent plus all expenses. No cosigner or multiple financial responsible parties. Applications accepted only after landlord and tenant(s) have met and tenant has had an opportunity to view the house.
