Lease Flexibility: Offered on a month-to-month basis. A 30-day notice is kindly requested if you decide to move out. Payment & Security Deposit: Please note that the security deposit is completely separate from the rent. The deposit not only secures the room but also ensures the space is left in perfect condition upon move-out in order to receive a full refund. Regular monthly rent is strictly due on the 1st of every month and is conveniently collected via Zelle. Utilities: Rent is completely all-inclusive, covering water, electricity, and high-speed internet, meaning your monthly utility cost is $0. House Rules: This home is maintained as a peaceful, harmonious, and clean environment. Mutual respect is highly valued, and all residents are asked to be mindful of noise levels at all times to ensure a comfortable space for everyone. Guests: Occasional guests are welcome, but residents are expected to use discretion and not overdo it. Visitors must be respectful of the shared spaces to ensure the peaceful and relaxing environment is maintained for everyone in the house. Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the house. Pets: No pets allowed. Parking: On-site parking is available. Due to limited space, parking is for residents only. Final Note: Suggestions to improve the home and enhance the living experience are always welcome. The goal is for every resident to truly feel at home and comfortable, while always maintaining mutual respect and following the established house rules.
