No animals, drugs, or indoor smoking. Backyard is large, but dense foliage after the patio. Front patio is large and perfect for gatherings. Rooms are unfurnished.
The ideal housemate will be easy to get along with, clean (and chip in with keeping common spaces clean), respectful, and quiet late at night. You can keep to yourself or be social and we'll respect that. 5-10 minute drive from Trader Joes, Safeway, Whole Foods, Giant, CVS, downtown Silver Spring, and ~18 minutes from UMD with traffic. 0.9 miles from the beltway so it's super easy to get places!
First month's rent ($750.00) and $650 security deposit due at signing.
