The house includes pillows, bed linens, and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, cutlery, a microwave, and a toaster. Off-street parking is included, along with all utilities and internet access (air conditioning usage may incur an additional charge depending on consumption). The location is ideal: just a 10 15-minute walk to the Newton Highlands village center and Cold Spring Park, a 60-acre natural area with walking trails and public tennis, soccer, and basketball courts. Crystal Lake, a swimmable lake perfect for summer relaxation, is only a 10-minute walk (or 2-minute drive) away.
