There is a covered front porch available. At least a month lease and afterwards it may go month-to-month.

Our place includes a large living room, full kitchen and laundry room as well as free parking in back or on the street. New stacked washer and dryer (June 2023). Utilities included. WIFI included. Smart Roku TV in living room is ready for you to stream your services. Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes, coffee put, tea kettle, microwave, stove, oven and full sized refrigerator. This is an active short term rental which is available for midterm renters. Terms can be 1-6 months with flexibility built in. Linens included and all amenities that are typically in the short term rental to start. Depending on the length of your stay, your will need to replenish supplies.
