Lease terms

To ensure the home is well maintained and to create clear expectations for both parties, the following lease terms will apply: No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home, garage, or anywhere on the property. Housekeeping: Tenants are required to use the owner's designated housekeeping service on a weekly basis. The cost of housekeeping is the tenant's responsibility. Pets: A maximum of two (2) dogs is permitted. Dogs must weigh 40 pounds or less. A $500 non-refundable pet deposit per dog is required before move-in. Tenants are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Utilities: All utilities will remain in the owner's name. Tenants will pay a monthly utility reimbursement to the owner in addition to the monthly rent. The monthly utility amount will be outlined in the lease agreement. Lawn & Pool Maintenance: Routine lawn care and pool maintenance will be provided by the owner and are included as part of the lease. Property Care: Tenants are expected to keep the home clean and in good condition, promptly report any maintenance concerns, and comply with all terms of the lease agreement. These expectations are intended to protect the property while ensuring a comfortable living experience for everyone involved.
