Additional parking for 5 cars on site. Rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, garbage removal once/week, WiFi and ADT security, bi-monthly lawn care, sprinklers on a timer). Beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels all included. Bring your luggage and enjoy all Amelia Island has to offer. House is currently available 7/7/26-10/31/26 for monthly or multiple month rentals. $200 cleaning fee at the end of the rental is the only add on.
