In this area of The Villages, the landscaping is mature and absolutely beautiful. Lots are larger, so you will not be right on top of your neighbor. Always check your backyard view before renting a home! The home is in a quiet neighborhood, but a short golf cart ride to the squares of Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. Tenant is responsible for rent plus 7% Florida transient tax, $50 Village ID fee (subject to change if The Villages modifies fee), $175 non-refundable cleaning fee, $500 security deposit (This fee will be returned within 14 days after vacated if home is left in the same condition as prior to renting and garage door opener and electronic gate pass are returned). There are 2 screened lanais (one in the front of the house and one in the rear) . The backyard is very private due to a tall wall between you and the rear neighbors. It is very quiet, and the yard is a generous size. The washer and dryer are inside, not in the garage. Updates for 2026: new dryer and dishwasher, primary bedroom freshly painted, new dining table and chairs on rear lanai, new front tires on golf cart, keyless entry, new hall tree in laundry room. Updates for 2025: New washing machine; new ceiling fan, rug, lamps, and decor in primary bedroom; new furniture ceiling fan and lamps in guest bedroom; new paint and ceiling fan in sunroom; new display cabinet in primary bathroom; new outside table and rug on front lanai.
