You will find an entertainment area with a pool table and more. Comes fully furnished and is located close to Disney World. Getting Around Located just off of Highway 192, this modern home is nestled near Lake Wilson, slightly off of Formosa Gardens Blvd. Have fun at the parks, and don't worry about the commute. Orlando International Airport is only thirty minutes away, while Kissimmee Gateway Airport is less than twenty minutes away. SeaWorld Orlando is a mere fifteen minutes from the house and Universal Studios is more along the lines of 20 minutes away. Both kids and adults of all ages will enjoy the thrills and local entertainment at Disney World and the local amusement park. Pool heating is available for an extra charge and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival**. Recommended for November through March. Available at $35 per day, must order one week prior to the check-in date for the entire stay. If pool heat is not ordered one week prior to check-in there will be an additional $35 trip fee. Please note, that the weather may affect the temperature of the pool. When the outside temperature drops below 55 degrees, the pool heater automatically shuts off and will automatically turn back on when the weather warms up to at least 65 degrees. Due to these unforeseen circumstances caused by the weather, Month2month is unable to refund the payment. Per HOA, all trash must be properly bagged in a 13-gallon trash bag to ensure pick up. Loose trash, anything in a to-go bag, or oversized and ripped trash bags are considered a violation, and will be picked up but charged a fine and a fee for the service. Outdoor Living - The stunning Lanai glass-covered private pool, with plenty of space for all the family to relax in the beautiful Florida sun. Note that the pool is not normally heated but is available for an additional cost of $35 per day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay and in advance to ensure the pool is heated to the set temperature upon your arrival. Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM *These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you'd like to extend these times so that we can accurately schedule around different times. This Villa is a private home for short-term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. We will provide a starter kit which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 3 trash bags, 1 bar of soap per bathroom, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 small bottle of laundry soap, 3 dishwasher tablets, and a sponge. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer, broom, mop, mop bucket, dustpan, iron, and ironing board for your use. If a particular aspect of your vacation home is important to your stay, please check with us as we want you to be 100% delighted with your choice of a vacation home. We want to make your stay in our home a memorable experience. Please do not assume any amenity is in the home and ask if you are looking for anything in particular. Please note: the parking of RVs is prohibited in the resort. Do you want a grill, need a pack and play/highchair, or any other item to make your stay better? Please contact us and we will rent these items to you for your stay at an additional cost. *Government-issued photo ID is required for Check-in.
