Lease Terms: Rent includes all utilities and standard household services, making this an all-bills-paid rental. Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco or cannabis products are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home or garage. No pets of any kind are permitted on the property. Parking is limited to the driveway only; parking on the lawn or street is not permitted unless otherwise approved in writing by the landlord. The tenant agrees to maintain the property in a clean, sanitary, and clutter-free condition at all times, including keeping both the interior and exterior of the property free of excessive trash, debris, and personal belongings. The first month's rent, the last month's rent, and any required security deposit are due in full at the time the lease is signed. Failure to pay these amounts will delay the start of the tenancy and possession of the property.
