If outdoor temperatures drop below 55 F, the system will shut off automatically, and pool heating will not be available. 24 hours advance notice is required to arrange pool heating. Exterior cameras are installed at the floodlight by the garage and on each side of the house facing the front. Driveway parking is available for a maximum of 4 cars, and three spots on the street. No parking on the grass. Up to two dogs are allowed for $100 per dog. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this.
