    Owner pays HOA monthly $600 Internet included with monthly HOA payment by owner Renters responsible for paying their own water and electricity bill on monthly basis on time by direct deposit to utility companies Renters responsible for fixing all issues arising while renting the condo, this includes maintenance for AC , Fridge, Stove, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher.
