Location is perfect for commuters and students-just a 10-minute drive to SDSU, walking distance to Grossmont College, and right off Hwy 125,52 and the 8. You can also walk right across the street to Albertsons, 24 Hour Fitness, CVS, and Navajo LIVE.
Rent is $1,250/month. Utilities are just a simple split of electricity and internet, and you'll share a clean bathroom. I'm flexible on the lease term month-to-month or 6+ months preferred and am looking for a clean, quiet roommate to keep a peaceful home. No pets allowed.
