Call for approval and fee based on breed, age and weight (covers ozone treatment to remove allergens). -Parking: Up to 5 cars (2 in garage +3 on the driveway). -Cleanings: Occupant to have home professionally cleaned at least triweekly by Manager's pro cleaner (bi-weekly if bringing an animal) starts at $185 per cleaning paid to cleaner (subject to change). -Final Clean Out Fee: $595 (higher for longer term stays). -No showings if occupied; see short video tour in Photo 2 at BREvacationHomes .com/. -Quiet Hours: 10PM-9AM Daily, enforced by local authorities. -POOL Heat: Needed Oct. through May for a warm pool, $695/mo. Its natural temperature is a little higher than the overnight low. Child-Safe, Self-Closing door to pool. -Required for annual terms showing proof of stated income: Year to date and last year's W-2(s) or most current finalized tax return and most recent 6 consecutive month bank statements. Three references including most recent landlord(s) if you've rented. -One or more managers of the owning entity hold active Arizona real estate licenses.
