If we reply the property is available, it is at that moment, but may become unavailable before you can book it. We suggest you book as soon as possible to not loose your favorite vacation rental. - Minimum lease period (7) Nights due to City Code restrictions. We are not able to make an exception. - There must be a minimum of (2) adults over the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises. Please note there is no parking on the street unless in a designated parking area. Tickets will be issued by parking enforcement. In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $14.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000,
