Decorations and confetti are strictly prohibited unless previously approved, with additional cleaning fees for excessive messes. Mail, packages, and deliveries are generally not allowed due to Florida law regarding short-term rentals, but exceptions can be made with specific written confirmation. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests, with potential accommodation for additional guests for a fee of $40 per night per guest. Minor differences in rental items or decor compared to listing images may occur due to replacements. Please leave all items and furniture in the same place as found. Security guard dispatch fees will be passed to the guest. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio, with a $1000 smoke remediation fee for evidence of smoking inside. Spas are chemically balanced and drained every two weeks; guests can set the temperature, but refunds will not be provided due to spa temperature. Streaming services require guests to use their own accounts. Do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes, or anything other than toilet paper. Travel insurance is highly recommended due to potential hurricanes and severe weather. Tropical bugs and wildlife may be present, but this does not indicate an infestation. Unauthorized occupants and visitors are not permitted without expressed consent. Guests agree to release the manager parties from any liability arising from their stay.
