Outside of house was just painted by Vice painting.front courtyard just redone in black mulch with boarders, trellis's, solar lights and some decor. All electrical, cable and light switches and plates all upgraded to white and all ceiling fans are new with lights and remotes.
Very close to Trader Joe's, 2 Publix's and many shops and restaurants near by. Close to Bay Meadows elementary, Southwest Middle school and Dr. Phillips High school.
The community is nice and quiet and neighbors are great. There is a community pool and tennis courts with a small clubhouse that can be reserved for small parties, meetings or events. I still live in this community and have for 36 years.
