Application period to begin after August 15, 2026 5:00 PM. No application will be accepted prior to this time. Tenant s are responsible for all utilities from first day of lease. Applicants 18 and older need to compete Application/Criteria form. Renters Insurance of $100,000 is required. Owner will provide mowing service. Tenants are responsible for weeding and maintaining the yard other than mowing. Pets subject to approval and Pet Rent applies No cannabis, no vaping and no smoking or growing on the entire property. No drugs of any kind are allowed on the property. Owner will have lawn mowed only. Tenant is responsible for weeding and managing the weeks and any overgrown areas. Should the tenants not want to maintain as described, there will be an addition charge in rent for this service by the Owner's Gardener. Tenants are responsible to water the lawn and plants as needed. Renters Insurance in the amount of $100,000 with Bilow Group, named as Interested Party is required prior to move in. This is a terrific property for gardeners. Tenants are responsible for testing Smoke Alarms and CO Detectors every month. Owner will provide HVAC filters which will need to be change every six months.
