Our renters tell us that's one of their favorite things about living here. And if you look at our online reviews not a single one mentions things like "paper-thin walls" Why live in a noisy building made of wood like all the other buildings in this area if you don't have to!? Concrete is also superior to wood for things like pest control, moisture issues, lower utility bills, and safety from storms and fires. It's almost silly to live in a wood building... The pricing for this 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo is much lower than other apartments in the area. Call Joe anytime before someone else reserves it. Everything that is priced right rents so fast. Our little community is in a unique location adjacent to the Baldwin Park area. Our community also provides lakeside swimming pool, lakeside picnic area, and a fishing pier. This is a peaceful tucked away location but we're still only 3 miles from downtown and only 50 feet to Baldwin Park. No wonder some of the neighbors have lived here for more than 30 years!
