Our buildings are also made with excessive amounts of concrete so they are much quieter than wood buildings. Our renters tell us that's one of their favorite things about living here. And if you look at our online reviews not a single one mentions things like "paper-thin walls" Why live in a noisy building made of wood like all the other buildings in this area if you don't have to!? Concrete is also superior to wood for things like pest control, moisture issues, lower utility bills, and safety from storms and fires. It's almost silly to live in a wood building...
