This is a very nice house in desirable Pinehurst Subdivision. Ceilings are 9 feet high. The all-electric kitchen has granite countertops and lots of nice cabinets. The master suite is spacious with a full bathroom containing a tub, shower and two walk-in closets. There is an enclosed patio just off of the back of the house. This house is conveniently located close to the Coast Guard Base, schools, shopping, and dining options. It is currently under lease and is not ready for occupancy. It will be ready on June 1, 2026. The house can be shown only to qualified applicants with prior notice to the current tenants. No tours of the house will be allowed without first qualifying as a tenant under the Landlord's criteria. Terms at 818 Schaub Ave

Tenant is responsible for establishing all utility connections. Necessary utilities would be electricity, water/sewer, and trash. Heating and cooling is all electric. There is a gas log fireplace in the living room, but turning on the gas is optional. There is adequate parking for 2-3 vehicles in front of the house. The initial lease term is one year, with automatic one-year renewals unless tenant gives written notice of termination at least 45-days prior to the end of any one-year term. Rent is due on the 1st day of each month, with the Tenant making the payment electronically to the Landlord's bank account. This is a no-smoking house. Any pet that the Landlord allows in the house will require a pet deposit. The Tenant must keep the house neat and clean. Tenant will be responsible for fixing or repairing all items in the house, the purchase cost of which is $25.00 or less. Tenant will provide grass mowing and shrub pruning. Tenant shall supply their own refrigerator and washer/dryer set. Applicants must possess a credit rating of at least 650, have been employed at the same position for at least 1 year, have a verified income of at least $4,9500.00 per month, and have a low debt to income ratio. You must provide work verification and credit score before given a tour to view the property. No tours of the property will be given until advance notice and permission has been granted from existing tenants. If you are still interested after seeing the property, you will be invited to submit a Zillow Application.
