The villa is just a golf cart away from the Nancy Lopez Country Club, close to the First Responder Rec Center/pool/putting greens, the Calumet Grove Pool, the Mulberry Grove Rec Center, the Savannah Center, golf courses, polo grounds and shopping. You will feel right at home the minute you open the front door. Think of this as your home away from home. As you enter the front door, you will find a lovely kitchen with white cabinets, fully equipped for all your kitchen needs. Enjoy your breakfast, hot coffee and newspaper at the long bar area. There is a spacious, open dining room and living room with a TV as well as plenty of seating including recliners. Step out the side slider in the dining room to the patio area where there is outdoor tables and patio chairs and lounger that leads to the low maintenance, professionally landscaped yard which overlooks the Nancy Lopez Golf Course. The master bedroom has a king size bed with 2 night stands with lamps, TV, full size dresser, large walk-in closet, private bathroom with walk in shower. The sliding door leads out to your private enclosed porch where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds, a night stands and a dresser. The office has a day bed and a desk for guests to use. The washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the house. There are also cabinets located in the laundry room. We also provide an iron, ironing board, blow dryer, vacuum, linens, towels, bedding and pool towels. 2-seater Yamaha gas golf cart, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, exterior security system, cable tv with surround sound and internet. There is an additional charge for golfing on the 12 Championship courses. This pass also gives you access to all pools (except the Country Club pools), pickle ball, 1,000's of clubs and activities and discounts at the movie theater located in square and more.
