Will be available September 7 Lease Description: Thank you for considering our rental property. We offer a month-to-month lease agreement designed to provide flexibility and convenience. Here are the details: Utilities Covered: All utility expenses, including water, electricity, gas, and internet, are included in the rent. Enjoy the convenience of having these essentials covered during your stay. Lease Terms: Rental Payment: The monthly rent payment is due on the 02 of each month. Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to 60 is required before moving in. This deposit will be held to cover any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Upfront Rent: The first month's rent is required upfront before occupancy. Credit Check: Prior to approval, a credit check will be conducted. This is a standard procedure to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement. Lease Duration: This lease operates on a month-to-month basis, offering flexibility for both parties. A 30-day notice is required from either party to terminate the lease agreement. Note: Any additional terms and conditions will be included in the official lease agreement. Pets, smoking, or other specific policies should be addressed in the lease agreement. The property will be provided in a clean and habitable condition upon move-in.
