Our iconic Chesapeake Style Lighthouse is located directly on the sugar white sandy beach in beautiful Redington Shores, Florida. It is truly a one of a kind home in the region with million dollar breathtaking views from every angle, both inside and out! The Lighthouse is completely remodeled and updated with the utmost attention to comfortable beach living. Our Thomas Point replica lighthouse features large first floor rooms with an open floor plan which flows from one to the next with ease as you make your way around this octagonal shaped home. Offering 2 Bedrooms each with 2 Full En-Suite Baths, our home is fitted with marble and granite countertops, custom heart of pine wood flooring on the first level, a fully equipped chef's kitchen with Sub-zero Fridge/Freezer and Bosch range, microwave and dishwasher appliances. New full size LG washer and dryer in the Master Bedroom closet. You will love the panoramic views from every window on every side of the lighthouse. The living room, large first floor master with King bed and wrap around 360 Balcony provide jaw-dropping views of the Gulf of Mexico. The main living area is designed to capture dramatic lighting and forever-changing Gulf of Mexico views. Relax, unwind, savor a glass of wine or morning cup of coffee on the 360 degree wrap around balcony with trex composite decking and comfortable poly wood outdoor furnishings. The wrought Iron spiral stairs lead you to the second story with direct gulf views from every room. Upstairs, enjoy a huge open loft living space with sofa bed, twin trundle bed and built in king bedroom with a twin tempur-pedic daybed. The upstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom featuring gorgeous marble throughout and beach inspired stained-glass window. Please note, the lighthouse does not have bathtubs in either of the two bathrooms. The main living room, 2nd floor seating area and both bedrooms come equipped with flat screen ROKU TVs. There is Wifi Internet and weekly lawn and trash service. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the balcony. Our home is built on pilings and has stairs up to the main living level and then a spiral staircase leading up to the second floor. If you have mobility issues, the lighthouse is not an ideal home for your stay. We will consider a well behaved dog if agreed upon in advance. Sorry, no Cats allowed due to child with allergies. All guests enjoy use of the entire oceanfront home. There is room for 3 cars under covered parking (or room for 1-2 cars and a trailered small boat), a small grassy yard (fenced on 3 sides) and direct private access to the beach. Belonging to a small beach neighborhood association, Lighthouse guests can enjoy use of a picnic and sitting area just steps from the base of the Lighthouse. Dogs are not allowed on the beach nor in the beach club next to our home. Upon returning from the beach, you may wish to rinse off using your own outdoor shower located at the bottom of the steps. There is also an outdoor Weber grill and downstairs outdoor seating area for relaxing. Beach chairs, and beach toys are available for your use. Upstairs on the wrap around decking, enjoy a bar height table and chairs perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and wine at sunset. Currently available after April 1, 2026. Pricing for May- October 2026 is $7,000/month. Winter season 2026 and 2027 (January- April) pricing is $9,000/month. Please contact us for requests for alternate length of stays.
