Rental Terms -6-18 month lease terms available, with extension possible. Advertised rent is for a 12-18mo lease. Please inquire about shorter lease terms and rates. -Tenant responsible for utilities: gas, electricity, internet, and portion of water/sewer. -Owner pays for garbage/recycling and landscaping. -No smoking inside or within 50ft of house structure. Unit is currently Occupied, do not disturb tenant. Tours are available by appointment only. Call the number provided for a fast response, but texts and emails will also be answered. The open application period for this property begins on 7/17/25 at 8:00 am PST, which is 72 hours after the notice of unit availability was originally posted. Per Portland ordinance 30.01.086, complete applications will not be accepted prior to the open application period, otherwise, the application must be delayed by an 8-hour time period. Renters insurance is required. Applicants must complete a background check (application through Zillow), and provide a copy of their raw credit report (less than 3 months old - also done automatically when you apply through Zillow), 3 landlord references (current + 2 former), and pay the non-refundable application fee through Zillow. Total Income for all tenants must be minimum 2.5 times the monthly rent. Prospective tenants must provide all of these things prior to application processing. Any incomplete applications will be rejected.
