Fully furnished single family home in the Sexton Mountain area of Beaverton. Spacious open floor plan.… Fenced in backyard with BBQ, grass area, outdoor dining and sitting area. The office is equipped with a sit/stand desk, large monitor, and printer. Our newly remodeled kitchen is open and spacious with a lovely breakfast nook and window seat. The kitchen is fully equipped with 5 burner stove, oven, microwave, pantry, large refrigerator, air fryer, kitchen aid mixer, coffee maker, electric kettle and all the spices and cooking tools. Both full bathrooms have a shower, bathtub and double sinks. There is a large garage that fits 1 car along with bike storage and plenty of room to store other items. There is plenty of parking in the driveway or on the street. Our neighborhood is very quiet and safe! You don't have to worry about parking on the street. In our 24 years of living here we have had no theft or crimes. The house is a short walk to public transit and lovely nature parks. We provide bi weekly yard work, indoor house cleaning and quarterly pest control. Pets require an extra fee per month of $50 per pet and a $350 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Note we only allow dogs no cats due to allergies. My husband and I are traveling nomads and work remotely. We prefer longer term renters rather than short term. We are very flexible with people that are relocating or are working on contract and may need to add time to the written lease. We are looking for respectful tenants ones who will treat our family home as if it was their own.
