There is access to several walking trails and parks just minutes from the property with easy access to US36 making commuting easy. We are 10 minutes from CU Boulder and 30 minutes from Downtown Denver. The master suite includes a walk in closet, a full bathroom, and access to the oversized patio. The 2nd bedroom is across the hall from the 2nd full bath. The living area is a large open concept. The kitchen has everything you need. There is a laundry closet and a full pantry.
