Lease terms

Renters are responsible for all utilities and 1/2 of the water bill. A washer and dryer are available onsite, and hookups are also provided. Tenants will have 2 onsite parking spaces located near the unit. Pets are welcome, but they must not disturb the neighbors. No continuous barking will be tolerated, and the yard is not to be used as a pet toilet. Pets must be walked outside across the street. There is a small park conveniently located down the street. Good credit is required. No Airbnb or short-term rentals allowed. Minimum lease term is 1 year. Please fill out the Zillow application online to be considered. After the application is reviewed and approved, the applicant must pay a holding deposit equal to the security deposit amount in order to reserve the property and remove it from the market. If the lease is signed and the tenant takes possession, the holding deposit will be applied toward the security deposit. If the applicant decides not to rent the property, the holding deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited to the landlord. Thank you.
