Hey hey! I'm renting out a private bedroom + bathroom in the house I bought last year. My current roommate is moving closer to Centennial, so I'm looking for someone great to take over the space. The Space: $1700/month all in (utilities, WiFi, parking (your own driveway), and even unlimited access to the keg I have on tap) Private unfurnished bedroom + bathroom (located downstairs you'll basically have your own floor) Dedicated parking spot + free street parking for guests Access to the Basement Den: dartboard, board games, a projector with Apple TV & most streaming apps Bonus: garden herbs, Blackstone grill for summer nights, firepit for winter hangs About Me: I'm a 27 y/o woman who works from home in my room most days. I'm outdoorsy (camping, hiking), love to cook and grill, and I'm big on rec sports, weekend trips, and the occasional hang with pals. I'm social but also value my downtime. House Vibes: Located 11 min north of Coors Field 420-friendly The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookware, so not looking for someone who wants to fully re-decorate or bring a ton of stuff Closet in your bedroom is small, but there's extra closet space in the basement you can use for clothes or storage If you work from home, you're welcome to use the office or bring your own desk to swap out my current roommate's setup downstairs Cleanliness: I keep the house pretty tidy and do most of the cleaning but it's really important to me that the kitchen stays clean. Pets: I've got a big ole lab/Pyrenees mix named Bear Bacon. He's sweet and mellow most of the time, but he can get anxious around a lot of new people. If you have ppl over, I'll make sure we put him in my room. I'd love a roommate who's chill with big dogs. Open to a roommate with animals.
