Longer lease terms are welcome, and reduced monthly rent may be available for qualified tenants willing to sign a 12-month lease. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required upon lease signing. Applicants should generally have a gross household income of at least three times the monthly rent, although flexibility may be available depending on overall qualifications, rental history, and credit profile. Tenants are responsible for electricity, internet, and other applicable utilities. Trash service is included through the condominium association. Small dogs and cats are welcome with landlord approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet applies. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.
