The shared 3/4 bathroom upstairs offers an updated vanity and shower. Appliances included: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven, clothes washer, clothes dryer. The HOA covers nearly all utilities and services, including water, sewer, radiant heat, trash, landscaping, exterior maintenance and snow removal. Tenants pay for electricity, gas, and any internet or TV service. Security deposit due at lease signing. No smoking or vaping in the property. Any required monthly fees beyond base rent (lease admin fee). Lease Admin fee of $18 per month is added on all leases by property manager. Renters liability insurance is required, and a liability policy is available for $15 per month.
