Welcome to the Charlotte and Algernon Dresser House. This historic house is in the McLoughlin Historic District of Oregon City, where you can walk to restaurants, cafes, shops, the library, and so much more. You can even walk to Providence Willamette Falls hospital. Lots of natural spaces in the area, including Newell Creek Park. The two furnished units here were recently renovated and are fully furnished, with kitchen supplies, linens, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. They come with high-speed cable Internet with 800mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds. You'll have access to a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement. Small pets are welcome with a fee. Pet Fee: $200 (refundable) Cleaning Fee: $250 (non-refundable) Available 6/15/2025 The other tenants in the building are long-term, quiet, and keep to themselves. Most have been there for at least a decade and work irregular schedules, including graveyard shifts. Please note this is an old house, so some things might break and need repair.
