Lease terms

Lease is available from 8/01/26-7/31/2027. The month of August is paid for already. There is an annual $30 administrative fee. Base rent is $2350.00 per month. There is a $35.00 tenant protection program fee per month. The fee includes HVAC filter service, building liability and personal contents coverage, per-tenant credit reporting, and identity theft protection. Lessee is repsonsible for all services and utilities that are metered seperately (gas, electric, wifi, streaming, etc.). The landlord pays for water and waste collection only. The condo is part of a COA and lessees must abide by COA rules. Other than being cleaned and having its locks changed, the property will remain "as-is" and no additional work will be done. A deposit of $100 is required for move in/move out and shall be made payable to the COA and ropped off at the management office at least 48 hours before a scheduled move. The $100 will be refunded upon a damage-free move. You can have up to three pets with a combined weight of 100 pounds or less. There is no onsite parking. You must park in the street or rent parking elsewhere. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the condo. Lessees can smoke on the attached deck. Prospective Lessees are required to fill out an application form.
