One private room will be available to rent Aug 1st within this stylish and spacious mid-century modern house on a quiet and safe treelined street. This room is available to rent to only (1) person. This room (Room 1) has brand new flooring and paint and a large south facing window facing the garden and has it's own dedicated AC unit. Property has (4) bedrooms, (2) shared living rooms, a very large kitchen, large shared backyard with plenty of street parking. The house has a great vibe. Currently all of the rooms are rented, but (Room 1) will be available Aug 1st. The current tenants are responsible male professionals in their 20's and 30's. Note, this property is also located very near to Cal State Long Beach (CSULB) All utilities (electricity, gas, trash pickup, wi-fi, are included) however, owner expects tenants to conserve energy whenever possible. Owner requires that tenant either has a job or is a full-time student and that the tenant can verify income of 2.5X monthly rent amount or show equivalent savings for the year.

Three of the four bedrooms are currently occupied by responsible working professionals in their 20s. The household is respectful, friendly, organized, and tidy. Current residents include an engineer, an electrician, and a City of Long Beach administrator.
