Good to Know Minimum rental age is 25 Optional trip insurance is available through Rental Guardian we recommend it, especially during hurricane season (June November) Check-In 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out 10:00 a.m. 50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed) Strict City-enforced Noise Ordinance violations may result in fines No smoking and No Pets (no exceptions) Optional Fees Early Check-in $50/hour / Late Check-out $25/hour (subject to availability) We specialize in managing fully furnished short- and long-term vacation rentals. Each of our homes are thoughtfully set up to provide everything needed for a seamless and comfortable stay, whether you're here for a quick getaway or an extended vacation. At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
