Looking for friendly tenant in a house with others. The room is ground level with a view of the Front Yard.… Bed, and night stand included in room or can be stored if you have your own furniture. There is laundry downstairs and a bathroom across the hall with a new tall shower. There is a shared full kitchen with all kitchenware for community use two refrigerators with plenty of space. The house has very easy access to highways, public transportation, and bike path. There is a very large fenced backyard! Pet rent $75. There are three male tenants that live there also. All are early risers and reasonably early to bed. Everyone is quiet introverts but love to chat, if in the kitchen, possibly board games if you are interested. There is a very nice park behind the house, with a bike path that goes for many miles without traveling on a road with cars. You can bike all the way to downtown Denver or Golden on the paths. Shared entrance and shared bathroom.
