INCLUDED: Internet, Wifi, Smart-TV Streaming, Water, Electricity, Heat, Air Conditioning, Pool and Lawn Maintenance. Pet requires owner's pre-approval in writing. $500 deposit on weekly rentals. $1000 deposit on monthly rentals. Local law requires 12% tax on stays of 6 months or less. Credit and background verifications required. Guests agrees to inspections by Owner/Manager with advance notice if deemed necessary by Owner/Manager. No smoking, no vaping, no recreational drugs allowed. No unauthorized guests, no events/parties, no nuisance behavior or excessive noise allowed. BY STAYING AT THESE PREMISES GUESTS EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ALL ABOVE TERMS. VIOLATORS/GUESTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE REMOVAL AND FORFEIT OF ALL FEES. We're experienced vacation rental owners.
