Tenant responsible for power, gas, and internet. Renters insurance required and will need to include the HOA as an additional insured.

There are newer appliances, a new washer and dryer, and a new HVAC system. There's been an interior remodel, and an entire community remodel from top to bottom, including a new community dock. We'll have updated videos and walkthrough when we're back in the property in November. Looks amazing!
