The tenant will need to set up and pay for gas, electric, water service, and internet if desired. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. There will be a non refundable pet fee dependent upon the number of pets. The base fee is $300 for one pet. Upon signing, the security deposit and the first month rent is due along with the pet fee if bringing a pet. Smoking is not allowed in the house or garage. It's ok to smoke outside. Please clean up after yourself if you do smoke.

There's mountain views from the bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room and a large rec room. There's a one car attached garage that connects you into the house. To the side of the home, there is an additional driveway with a fenced in portion for larger vehicles, trailer, etc. The house was updated with new appliances in 2017 and a new dishwasher was added in 2026. There's a small fenced in garden area in the backyard which is ideal for planting flowers and/or vegetables. The 6 foot wood fence gives you privacy in the backyard too and security for pets. The home is fully furnished and move in ready. We can also leave some furniture or remove all furniture if you have your own. We can leave all curtains if desired. The house is a 10 minute casual walk to the B line station which takes you to downtown Union station. There is a nice park at the station (the Westminster STEM park) plus another park across the street in the Hidden Lake area. With close access to 76 and 36, it's a great spot to get anywhere you need in the Denver Metro Area.
