A gorgeous ensuite bathroom with a massive glass walk-in shower and double vanity. We've even hooked you up with linens, towels, all the bathing and soap amenities you need. Guest bedroom #1 and #2 are also sure to impress. The first comes with a deluxe king size bed, and the second comes with a comfy full bed and a sofa. Both offer large closets, smart TVs, and lovely ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Don't forget to drink in the beautiful pond and golf course views. Finally, guest bedroom #3 boasts a deluxe king size bed, a cozy interior design, smart TV and convenient hallway access to a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo. NO events or parties allowed. Not wheelchair accessible. Must sign liability waiver to use bikes. This property is not directly on the beach. It is two minutes by car (five by bike and 15 on foot). Four bikes are provided for guest use (two adult and two kid bikes), subject to liability waiver. Complimentary shuttle bus from and to beach provided by Lost Key. The shuttle operates 7 days a week from 11am-7pm. Safety & Security: gated access to the townhome. Nest camera doorbell installed for safety. Smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher on-site. Four total parking spaces; there is a 2-car garage and 2-car driveway space available for guests. Parking on the street is not permitted per HOA rules. Streaming TV services may require guest accounts to access. Lost Key Beach Club beach service is available 7 days a week from May through Labor Day and on weekends (Friday to Sunday) from March to May. Beach service is not available from November to February. Lost Key Golf Club is open to resort guests; fee required to play and can be booked online. Equipment are available for rental at the Golf Shop. We cannot guarantee and assume no responsibility for beach and weather conditions, availability and working conditions of resort amenities. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance.
