Lease terms

Rental Criteria: - Each applicant 18 years or older must complete and sign an application - Non-refundable application processing fee per applicant via Zillow - 3 years verified residential history (Previous landlord(s) and/or Property manager(s) information and tenant release & consent form required) - Combined gross monthly income must be three times the amount of the monthly rent. Landlord may required the last 2 paystubs for verification - No previous evictions - Criminal background check should reveal no felonies within the last 7 years - No sexual offenders allowed. - Credit report for at least one applicant must be 620 or higher. - No pets are allowed. - Security deposit is due after Application is approved/accepted. First month rent is required before or on move-in date. - No past due amounts owed to previous landlords and/or utility companies. - Renter's Insurance to include liability insurance is required at start date of lease agreement. Application Process: - Applications are reviewed in the order they are received. - Only applications from candidates who have toured the property will be considered. - Review process can take up to 5 working days to complete.
