Lease Terms & Requirements Monthly rent is $5,250(12 month minimum) and includes water, electricity, gas, wifi, security alarm, pool maintenance, and lawn maintenance. The home is fully furnished. Normal household utility usage is included in the monthly rent; terms regarding excessive or unreasonable utility consumption will be outlined in the rental agreement. Application & Screening: All applicants are subject to credit, background, eviction, rental-history, income, and employment verification. The applicant is responsible for the applicable paid tenant screening/background-check fee. Applicants must meet the landlord's rental qualifications and provide accurate and verifiable information. Assistance animals will be handled in accordance with applicable fair-housing laws. No Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside the property.
