Location Location Location! This single family home is located on beautiful and conveniently located Oklaloosa Island.… It takes about 15 minutes to get to Hurlburt Field and 20 minutes to get to Eglin AFB. The beach is just a 2 minute walk across the street! If you are not a sand and beach lover, there is a newly refurbished pool in the backyard surrounded by palm trees, making you feel like every day is a vacation day. This house has sliding glass doors off of two bedrooms and the living room. There is a spacious office and a huge play room with washing machine and dryer, beer and soda fridge, wet bar, and gas fire place. All rooms are easily separated if desired by pocket doors which allows for two separate living areas! Tom Thumb is located across the street making it easy to grab those forgotten grocery items when you don't want to get in your car and drive to the store. All flooring is water resistant and there is no carpet anywhere in the house. The kitchen was remodeled in 2018 and has plenty of cabinet/counter space and a place to eat or do homework by the front window. The driveway is big enough for a boat or RV, and multiple cars. This house does not have a garage, as it was turned into extra living space. There is a large and completely dry shed for storage in the backyard that is big enough for kayaks, lawn mowers, generators, scooter or motorcycle, and much much more. This house is zoned for Elliott Point Elementary, Bruner Middle, and Fort Walton Beach High School. The homeowner is currently not staging the house for recent pictures, however, a FaceTime walk-through is available if interested. Again, pictures shown are not current! Rent includes weekly pool service.
