Zoe Bayliss Co-op is a 23 bedroom house that is block from Lake Mendota and across the street from the UW-Madison Campus. It boasts off street parking, raised garden beds and shared living, dining, Kitchen & library. Statement from Zoe Bayliss Board of Directors: Over the last year and a half our community has has fought hard to preserve the last student housing cooperative in Wisconsin and one of campus' only affordable housing options. Today, we are elated to report success in our efforts to secure a new building. We are conveniently located downtown, only a few steps away from everything. We are two buildings east of Memorial Union, and State Street is only a block away. Bus routes 4 and 6 stop a block away, and all other routes are just another block after that.
