AVAILABLE New Building Power in June 2025 - Owner prefer an annual lease starting at earliest October as rentals are once each year per condo Owner - Tenant arranges their own preferred cable/telecom/internet/Wi-Fi paid directly by tenant - Lease up front cost requires $2,500 security deposit plus first $2,300 monthly payment ($4,800 includes electric & water). Callers need to leave message with way to reach prospective tenant or email.
