Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent. Payment Methods Bank Transfers, ACH, Zelle, E-transfers, Wire Transfer, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque Long term stays require full payment within 4 months of rental date. Quiet Time Policy The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM Smoking Policy Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests). Telephone Fee Phone use is included in the rent. Free long distance calls within the USA or to Canada. Any other long distance calls will be deducted from the security check. Parking Parking is free. Pass to be obtained at the property office with owners permission Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless. Security or Damage Deposit A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due 120 days prior to arrival. The security deposit of $500.00 USD can be made by Bank Transfer, ACH, Zelle, wire transfer, money order, cashiers check or e-transfer. The security deposit will be returned upon receipt of the Condo keys and cleaning staff clearance. Payment Balance Balance of payment is due 120 days prior to arrival. Long term stays require full payment within 4 months of rental date. Internet Service & Fee Internet is included in the rent Group & Min. Age Policies There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older. Children Policies Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 25. Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Cleaning on Departure A fee is charged for minor Cleaning prior to arrival and full cleaning on departure a one-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning During Stay There is no cleaning/maid service available. Laundry facilities are located on the 2nd floor. Linen Linen is included in the rent Booking Processing Fee (charged by owner) One-time fee of $200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cancellation Policy Cancellation within 120 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable. Recommendation that the renter obtain their own travel insurance for cancellation requirements. Tourism Marketing Fee There is no Tourism Marketing Fee (surcharge)
