Lease terms

Renter is responsible for water/sewage, internet, electric, waste and lawn care. Quarterly pest, annual termite and HOA fees are included. While there is plenty of garage and driveway parking, there is no overnight street parking allowed per HOA guidelines. The irrigation system is run off a smart application that is set up for each season that will run itself. Landscape maintenance must adhere to HOA guidelines. The HVAC air filter must be replaced every 3 months. There is a new double french door fridge installed currently and it is included. If you would like to bring your own, we can arrange, please inquire with details. Upon expiration of lease, the renter agrees to leave the home in the same condition as it was on move in, with reasonable wear and tear in consideration. Should there be any significant damages or odors not remedied before lease expiration, the renter agrees to pay forward or have security deposit refund reduced in order to rectify the issue. Long term lease agreements (12+mo) are preferred with a maximum of three years. No subleasing. This home is for rent by owner. Apply before its too late, thank you!
