It's conveniently close to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer, including shopping malls, the beach, and nightlife. Holiday Park is directly across the street, and a Walgreens Pharmacy and Publix Grocery Store are just a few blocks away. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Pets are allowed with an upfront fee of $30 for one pet or $40 for two pets, plus a $30 fee per night for one pet or $40 per night for two pets. A maximum of two pets are allowed per stay. Pets are not permitted on beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas, with an excessive cleaning fee applied if pet hair is found in these areas. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited, with immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of the remaining stay for any report or evidence of an unauthorized event. Unauthorized occupants exceeding the registered guest count will incur a $500 violation fee for 4-15 people or $800 for 16-22 people, and discovery of unauthorized occupants is grounds for immediate termination without a refund. Any noise disturbance resulting in a neighbor complaint or city ordinance violation will be treated as a material breach of the rental agreement.
