Lease terms

The Tenant agrees to a minimum lease term of one (1) year and acknowledges that this is a non-smoking property; smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes and vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the residence and on the premises. No pets are permitted without the prior written consent of the Landlord. The Tenant is responsible for standard maintenance of the property, including keeping the premises clean, replacing air-conditioning filters regularly, reporting any necessary repairs promptly, and taking reasonable steps to prevent damage or excessive wear. Failure to comply with these conditions will constitute a breach of the lease agreement and may result in additional fees or termination of tenancy in accordance with Miami-Dade County regulations.
