The home comes fully furnished with all utilities, fast internet, and lawn care included (reasonable use), so it's one simple monthly payment with nothing to set up. Security deposit is 1.5 months' rent. Pets are welcome with prior approval, a $500 refundable pet deposit, and $40 per month per pet, just tell us about your furry friend when you inquire. A quick background, credit, and income check is part of the application, with income of about 3x rent. For stays of 90 days or more, we include a professional cleaning every 8 weeks at no charge. A $250 move-out cleaning fee applies. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, and occupancy is capped at 6. Sleeps up to 6: a king bedroom, a second bedroom with two twins, plus a sofa bed and convertible daybed. The full kitchen comes stocked with cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker, and there's in-unit laundry with linens provided, a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and central heat and air.
All utilities, internet, and lawn care are included (reasonable use), one simple monthly payment with nothing to set up. Free street parking out front.
