      1. Tenant shall be responsible for payment of electricity, water and sewer, gas, and internet/cable services. 2. Tenant shall be responsible for exterior maintenance, including lawn mowing, and snow and ice removal from driveways, walkways, and entrances, in compliance with local ordinances. 3.
